This seminar will focus on the use of excessive force claims, as this has been a prominent topic in the news recently. Attendees will hear perspectives on these cases from plaintiff and defense attorneys, as well as from a chief of police. This will give attendees a chance to understand these issues from all sides, and to obtain insight on the training and education afforded to police officers so as to avoid the use of excessive force.

Guest speakers include William (Rip) Andrews of Marsh Rickard & Bryan PC, Chief of Police Dan Busken and Fred Clements of Webb & Eley PC.  Bradley Howell of Meadows & Howell LLC will moderate the seminar, along with co-moderator Dr. Harmahinder Bagga of Bagga & Associates.
