Ashley Lemsky, Program & Outreach Manager for Middle Alabama Area Agency on Aging and Matthew Talley of Nolan Stewart PC present this CLE which will help educate attorneys on available community resources for the elderly.  They will also address what elder attorneys do when working with an elderly income client  i.e. assessing assets and finances, needs for care, and identifying resources available for those needs.  Moderating the program is Elder Law Committee representative Jennifer Lawes, Staff Attorney with Jefferson County's Probate Court.

Approved by the Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission for 1.0 hour MCLE Credit (including 0 ethics).
