The Birmingham Bar's Federal Practice Section presents "Twombly, Iqbal, and the Art and Ethics of Pleading in Federal Court" with guest speakers John Dana of Gordon Dana & Gilmore LLC and Janell M. Ahnert of Bressler Amery & Ross PC.  Moderating the program is Richard E. Davis of Starnes Davis Florie LLP.

Discussed will be the Twombly and Iqbal cases from the U. S. Supreme Court and their application in the various federal courts and the art and ethics of pleading in the federal court system, including compliance with substantive, procedural, and ethical rules of filings in the courts.  Approved by the Alabama State Bar's MCLE Commission for 1.0 hour MCLE/Ethics credit.
