An overview of procedure in Alabama's Probate Courts.  This program will cover subject matter and in personam jurisdiction, venue, and issues unique to practicing in a Court of limited jurisdiction.  How and where to appeal or obtain a review of an order of the Probate Court.  What is statutory equitable jurisdiction and what must be done to invoke it?  To what extent will the Rules of Civil Procedure apply in Probate?  Get the answers from our guest speaker, Sidney C. Summey, Jr. of White Arnold Dowd PC.  Program moderators are Kent Upshaw of Comer & Upshaw LLP and Ed Odum of Odum Law Firm.
