Using Social Media in your practice can quickly lead to trouble.  Are you competent?  Is it confidential?  Improper advertising?  Are you properly supervising your staff?  Do you advise clients to preserve social media?  Learn how to avoid the landmines lurking on Facebook, LinkedIn and other Social Media sites from guest speaker Daniel Burnick of Sirote & Permutt.  Moderating the program is Stephen Wadsworth of Campbell Guin.

CLE presentation begins at 12:00 Noon but we encourage you to bring your own "brown bag" lunch at 11:40 AM and meet with other attendees.  This seminar has been approved by the Alabama State Bar's MCLE Commission for 1.0 hour MCLE/Ethics Credit.  Register early and receive discounted rate!  Prefer not to register online?  Click here to download a printable registration form.
