Employment Law continues to rapidly evolve as state and federal agencies push their agendas.  This seminar will look at various laws and agencies including the EEOC, DOL and the NLRB, and will examine various laws including Title VII, FLSA and the state of LGBTQ rights in Alabama.  Guest speakers are Charles (Chuck) Guerrier of Haynes & Haynes PC and Jamie M. Brabston of Lehr Middlebrooks Vreeland & Thompson PC.  Program moderators are Daniel Burnick of Sirote & Permutt PC and Ron Boyd of Boyd Fernambucq Dunn & Fann PC.
