In this presentation, author Bill Eddy, LCSW, Esq. and Shawn Skillen, Esq. of High Conflict Institute (HCI), will provide an introduction to their ground-breaking work in the area of high-conflict personalities in the context of legal and other disputes.  You will be provided key insights about how to identify high conflict individuals, the differences in five recognized types of high conflict personalities, intervention techniques and some of the most effective methods for dealing with them.  Hosted by the Birmingham Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution Section and Nolan Byers PC.

Application pending approval by the Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission for 3.0 hours MCLE Credit.  All other professionals are welcome to attend as well.
