A panel discussion with Cyber experts David Forrestall CISSP CISA of SecurIT360, Elizabeth Bosquet Shirley of Burr & Forman LLP, and Greg Garijanian who is VP Regional Underwriting Manager at AXIS Capital, will cover cyber threats faced by law firms and their clients in the United States.  Includes technical, legal, and cyber insurance points of view and expertise.  The panel will bring first-hand experience of responding to many incidents.  Attendees will learn strategies for managing cyber risk, preventing, responding, and recovering from cyber events.  Moderating the program is BBA CLE Committee representative Clay Williams of The Martin Law Group LLC.
