"Legal Implications of Conducting Business on the Internet" will be presented by Sheree Martin of Sheree Martin Law LLC and Maurine Evans of The Evans Law Firm PC.  Sheree will discuss issues relating to state laws/regulations imposing collection of sales tax on interstate commerce sales in post-Wayfair era and Federal Trade Commission disclosure requirements in context of product endorsements by bloggers, podcasters, YouTubers, and social media influencers.  Maurine will focus on jurisdictional issues pertaining to doing business on the internet.
