Join us for a free, online seminar about mitigation banking. Elizabeth Sims, Conservation Director of Freshwater Land Trust, will cover the history of compensatory mitigation, the components of a mitigation bank, conservation easements, and long-term stewardship.

A mitigation bank is a wetland, stream, or other aquatic resource area that has been restored, established, enhanced, or (in certain circumstances) preserved for the purpose of providing compensation for unavoidable impacts to aquatic resources, as permitted under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act or a similar state or local wetland regulation.

We will share the Zoom meeting details with you via email before the CLE.
